Video Content Creator (Freelance, Remote - UK/EU Timezone)

Job Summary

We're looking for a freelance Video Content Creator to join our marketing team and take the lead on ideating, producing, and publishing daily video content for Instagram and TikTok.

Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end creation of engaging, trend-aware video content for social platforms Appear confidently on camera to demonstrate Krotos' software products in an authentic, creator-led style. Lead and evolve recurring content series to drive views, follows, and engagement across platforms. Edit and optimise multiple short-form videos per week using modern editing tools. Work closely with our marketing team -- including a designer, performance marketer, copywriter, and social media manager -- to align content with brand goals and campaigns.

Requirements

Proven experience creating high-performing video content on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts. Comfortable being on camera and speaking clearly to a creative audience. Skilled in video editing and post-production, experience in tools like Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar a plus Understanding of sound design principles and workflows, bonus if you've used DAWs like Pro Tools. Strong awareness of social platform visual conventions and content format trends, with a knack for storytelling in a fast-scrolling world. Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, startup environment, from concept to delivery. Creative mindset with a data-informed approach to refining and improving content over time.

Bonus Points

Experience in the sound, audio, music tech, gaming or filmmaking space. Familiarity with Krotos tools (or excitement to dive in and explore them fast!). A reel or social profile that shows your content chops in action.
