full-time Lifestyle Content Creator

to join our expert media team. We're looking for a visionary creator who thrives in fast-paced environments, has a knack for innovative storytelling, and understands how to blend lifestyle content with ecommerce strategies to drive engagement and sales.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation and Storytelling

Develop and produce high-quality lifestyle content that captures the essence of the R44 Performance team, from daily activities to track days and international events. Strategically create ecommerce content to showcase R44's automotive parts, highlighting their design, functionality, and value. Craft long-form and short-form videos optimised for YouTube and social media platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. Conceptualise innovative ways to integrate lifestyle and product-based content to enhance brand storytelling and sales impact.

Ecommerce Strategy and Growth

Collaborate with the ecommerce team to produce content that drives traffic and boosts conversions on the R44 website. Develop video tutorials, product showcases, and promotional campaigns to enhance the customer journey and educate audiences. Utilise analytics tools to identify high-performing content and refine strategies to maximise reach, engagement, and ROI. Assist in developing campaigns that align with the broader ecommerce strategy, driving awareness, brand loyalty, and global growth.

Social Media and YouTube Management

Oversee the R44 YouTube channel, focusing on audience engagement and channel growth through strategic content planning. Produce short-form social media content to captivate audiences and increase brand visibility. Write compelling captions, headlines, and descriptions tailored to each platform to optimise performance and drive action.

Travel and Event Documentation

Travel internationally to document R44's participation in global events, motorsports activities, and marketing campaigns. Capture behind-the-scenes moments, thrilling track days, and lifestyle content that reflects the R44 brand. Create engaging event highlights and immersive stories for digital platforms.

Graphic Design and Visual Content Creation

Design digital and print marketing materials including website banners, physical flyers, and promotional graphics to support campaign goals. Utilise Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator to create on-brand visual assets with a consistent and professional aesthetic. Collaborate with internal teams to turn concepts into visually engaging content that aligns with marketing strategies and seasonal promotions.

What We're Looking For

Skills and Qualifications

Proven experience in video production, content creation, and ecommerce-focused campaigns, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work. Proficiency in video editing software and professional camera equipment. Strategic mindset with a deep understanding of how content can drive ecommerce growth and brand loyalty. Strong storytelling skills with an ability to blend lifestyle narratives with product promotion. Agility, organisational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-moving environment. Knowledge of motorsports and the automotive industry is a strong advantage.
