The Role

We're looking for a Video, Content & Social Media Executive to take full ownership of our video editing, content, and social media channels.

This is a hands-on, creative role with real responsibility and autonomy. You'll be responsible for everything from editing video content to running our social platforms day-to-day, shaping how our brand shows up online.

You'll work closely with our senior marketing team and Company Founder, with the freedom to bring ideas, test formats, and grow our presence across platforms.

What You'll Be Doing

Video & Content

Editing long-form podcast videos from raw footage Creating short-form content 'shorts' for social platforms Producing ad reels from long-form video content Creating thumbnails, captions, and descriptions for all video content
Social Media Ownership

Running all social media channels end-to-end (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube) Launching and growing TikTok and X Planning content calendars and posting consistently Working with the senior team to develop and maintain a clear, on-brand tone of voice for socials Monitoring performance, analytics, and engagement, and iterating based on results
Strategy & Coordination

Working with the senior team to plan and source content Managing podcast content scheduling and logistics (not recording)*
Feeding insights and performance learnings back into content planning

What We're Looking For

Essential

Proven experience in video editing (long- and short-form) Strong understanding of social media platforms and content formats Comfortable owning content from edit ? post ? analyse Ability to work independently and take initiative
Desirable

Experience in property, finance, or another regulated/professional industry Experience working with podcast content Familiarity with analytics and performance reporting
