We're looking for a freelance Video Content Strategist who blends creativity with marketing insight. If you live and breathe short-form content, know what hooks attention in the first three seconds, and can build repeatable storytelling frameworks, we want to hear from you.

Deliverables

Responsibilities Develop a short-form video strategy for Instagram and TikTok, defining content pillars, story arcs, and messaging. Collaborate with marketing and design teams to turn ideas into scripts, storyboards, and creative outlines. Brief and guide editors to ensure every video feels on-brand, sharp, and performance-driven. Test and refine video concepts based on engagement and conversions. Bring fresh creative formats aligned with Confect's data-driven, distinctive voice. Create content that educates and inspires marketers to improve ad performance.

Must-Have Experience

Proven experience as a video strategist or short-form content creator. Hands-on experience producing Reels and TikToks for brands. Strong grasp of storytelling, pacing, hooks, and visual flow. Understanding of advertising, branding, and performance marketing. Skilled at directing editors and shaping raw footage into polished, engaging content.

Compensation:

15-20 per hour 10-15h per week of work
Job Types: Temporary, Freelance
Contract length: 1 month

Pay: 15.00-20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 15 per week
