Perspectiva Creative is seeking a freelancer video editor on the 24th of September from 5pm to midnight. The editor will deliver 45-second highlights for social media content video of the event. The final product will be done by the end of the night. Run footage will be provided by the videographer

The video editor has to be able to travel with own equipment to the venue and do the job at the venue's facilities.

The role will require editing high-quality video content, knowledge of audience engagement, and identifying trends.

Responsibilities

Edit raw footage into polished videos that effective. Collaborate with the team members to understand project goals and requirements. Utilise Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effects, Davinci Resolve, Maintaining high-quality standards. Conduct colour correction, audio mixing to ensure a professional finish. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in video editing and production techniques.

Requirements

Proven experience in video editing with a strong portfolio showcasing your work. social media/ desirable but not mandatory .
Own equipment Familiarity with photography principles is advantageous for capturing high-quality visuals. Strong attention to detail and an eye for aesthetics to ensure visually appealing content. Excellent time management skills with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members and understanding project requirements. A creative mindset with the ability to contribute innovative ideas to enhance video projects.
