Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for video editing, packaging, and post-production for the company's official accounts and partnered influencer accounts, enhancing overall visual quality and communication effectiveness;

Job Requirements:

Associate degree or above; majors in film post-production, digital media, visual communication, or related fields preferred; Proficient in video editing software such as Premiere, After Effects, Final Cut, or CapCut; Strong sense of visual storytelling and rhythm, with proven experience and aesthetic judgment in editing short-form content featuring people (e.g., vlogs, beauty, or narrative-style videos); Familiar with content styles and audience preferences on overseas platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube; Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to maintain visual consistency aligned with brand tone; Prior experience in influencer content or branded short video projects preferred; Please include your personal portfolio or links to past people-oriented or branded video works with your application. Optimize video pacing, aspect ratio, subtitles, and background music according to the characteristics of different platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, etc.); Deeply understand influencer content and brand communication goals to help produce engaging, shareable short videos; Skilled in editing and storytelling for people-centered videos, able to highlight personality and atmosphere through precise pacing and composition; Collaborate with the operations and content teams to quickly respond to trending topics and participate in creative planning and execution; Manage footage, materials, and project archives to ensure an efficient and organized production process; Stay up to date with industry trends and creative formats, continuously exploring innovative approaches to video storytelling.
