We're a film-focused production agency dedicated to creating powerful, emotionally driven work for brands across the UK and overseas. Our films are purposeful, cinematic, and crafted with the same level of care you'd expect on a feature set. From brand stories and campaign content to large-scale creative projects, we partner with clients who want to push boundaries and do things properly.
As we continue to grow, we're looking for a skilled Video Producer who lives and breathes visual storytelling. Someone who brings ideas to the table, takes real pride in the craft and relishes the chance to work with leading cinema-grade technology. You'll be joining a tight-knit creative team where collaboration, ambition and high standards come naturally.
What You'll Do
You'll take the helm of productions from initial idea to final delivery, ensuring each project runs smoothly, aligns with client objectives and delivers at the highest standard.
Strategic Planning & Pre-Production
Lead client conversations to clarify goals, audience, messaging and desired outcomes.
Develop creative treatments and translate them into production plans, budgets, schedules, shot-lists and resource requirements.
Select and engage crew, talent, locations and equipment in line with project scope and budget.
Anticipate production risks, plan contingencies and ensure health & safety and regulatory compliance.
Production Oversight
Act as the key point of contact on set (or on location) for client, director, crew, freelancers and talent.
Monitor shoot schedule, budget spend, logistics and resource usage to ensure the production stays on time and on budget.
Maintain creative integrity: ensure the vision from brief/treatment is being captured and that quality standards are met.
Resolve problems in real-time: adapt to unexpected challenges, changing conditions, talent issues or location constraints.
Post-Production & Delivery
Oversee the post-production process: from editing through to finishing (colour, sound, VFX, titles) in collaboration with editors and post-team.
Ensure all deliverables align with client brand guidelines, technical specs and distribution formats across platforms.
Manage client approvals, feedback cycles and final hand-off, ensuring project is delivered on time, within budget and to brief.
Maintain project records: budgets, production reports, asset logs, archiving and metadata for reuse.
Continuous Improvement & Collaboration
Collaborate closely with internal creative teams, talent, external suppliers and clients to generate innovative ideas and production solutions.
Stay abreast of industry trends, new formats (social, short-form, immersive), technology and workflows to keep our offering cutting-edge.
Develop relationships with freelancers, vendors and equipment suppliers to build a dependable network for future productions.
Support team growth by sharing learnings, offering feedback and helping refine production processes.
About You
You're the kind of person who embodies the producer mindset:
Strong organisational skills: you plan meticulously, manage time and resources well, juggle multiple productions and track budgets with ease.
Excellent communicator: you build trust with clients, crew and talent; you negotiate, clarify expectations, and keep everyone aligned.
Strategic thinker: you interpret a brief not just as 'what to shoot' but as 'what the business wants to achieve', and you craft the plan accordingly.
Creative problem-solver: you identify production risks early, adapt plans, step in when things go off script and maintain quality.
Leadership with calm: you can lead a crew, manage talent and suppliers, make quick decisions under pressure and keep morale high.
Technical awareness: you understand production tools, workflows and technical specifications even if you're not always operating the camera.
Flexible and resilient: you're comfortable travelling, working varied hours, embracing the unexpected and delivering to high standards under deadline.
Essential Experience
Proven experience in a video-production role where you've managed the end-to-end production process (pre-, production, post-) in a commercial or agency environment.
Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, schedules, crews and deliver content on time and to brief.
Strong understanding of the production workflow: concept development, script/treatment, production planning, shoot logistics, post-production, delivery.
Experience liaising with clients and managing stakeholders through the production lifecycle.
Full UK driving licence (for on-location shoots across the UK).
Desirable (Bonus) Skills
Familiarity with creative software and workflows (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve).
Hands-on experience with camera, lighting and sound setups -- though the primary focus is producer-leadership.
Experience working with RED or other high-end cinema cameras.
Motion-graphics or animation awareness (or ability to coordinate these elements).
Strong network of freelancers, suppliers and production resources.
What We Offer
Competitive salary (25,000-30,000 DOE)
Performance bonus scheme
28 days' holiday (including bank holidays) + your birthday off
Company pension scheme
Casual dress code, regular team events
Free on-site parking & relocation assistance if required
Clear progression path into senior creative or production leadership roles
Travel opportunities for shoots across the UK (and beyond)
A collaborative, creative environment where your ideas matter
