You will work closely with our Director and marketing team to produce video content for property listings, brand marketing, social media, and digital campaigns. This is a

hands-on, full-time role

suited to someone with a strong eye for detail, a passion for storytelling, and experience filming and editing premium visual content.

Key Responsibilities - Videography & Photography

Capture high-quality video and photography of residential properties, developments, and lifestyle features Film property walkthroughs, short-form social content, promotional videos, and brand-led content Operate professional video, audio, and lighting equipment on location Ensure all footage reflects a premium, polished, and consistent brand style
Video Editing & Post-Production

Edit raw footage into engaging, high-quality video content using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects Apply colour grading, sound design, transitions, motion graphics, and visual effects where appropriate Produce content optimised for multiple platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, website) Maintain consistent pacing, storytelling, and visual quality across all outputs
Content Collaboration & Workflow

Collaborate with the marketing team to plan content, concepts, and shot lists Manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently Maintain an organised media library of footage, photography, and project files Continuously refine processes to improve quality and turnaround time
Creative Development

Stay up to date with videography, editing, and social media trends--especially within property and lifestyle marketing Contribute creative ideas to elevate our brand and differentiate our listings online
Requirements

Proven experience as a videographer and video editor, with a strong portfolio (property or lifestyle content preferred) Proficiency in

Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects

Strong understanding of composition, lighting, colour grading, and sound editing Experience filming on location and working independently Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects Creative mindset with a strong eye for detail and storytelling
Nice to Have (Not Essential)

Experience filming property, real estate, architecture, or lifestyle content Drone operation and editing experience (CAA certification a plus) Photography experience alongside videography Experience creating short-form social media content
