Job Description

Systemise & Scale is seeking a talented and driven videographer/editor and content creator to join our growing team. You will be working across a wide variety of exciting productions.

You will need to have experience as a videographer and video editor, with enthusiasm about working on content, social media, YouTube, and live recordings.

Key Responsibilities



Content Production & Editing



Record, edit, and produce high-quality videos for YouTube, podcasts, and social media. Create engaging, purpose-shot short-form clips - Instagram is our primary channel but content to be repurposed across to TikTok, Facebook, YouTube Shorts and LinkedIn) and longer-form video/audio (YouTube, podcast). Shoot video at live events, workshops, and in-office sessions, acting quickly to turn around edits. Use AI tools and apps (Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, IG Edits) to speed up editing and content creation, and also be ahead of the curve with new tools that we can implement to increase productivity and quality within the role. Design and edit eye-catching graphics and thumbnails. Manage digital asset libraries (Dropbox, Vimeo, etc.). Working on 3 business brands within the ecosystem

Content Management & Strategy


(with potential progression to Social Media Manager)

Optimise YouTube uploads with titles, descriptions, thumbnails, tags, and growth strategies. Monitor analytics and performance data to guide improvements (such as video retention and drop-off to improve the content) Support in shaping brand voice and social media campaigns across all business brands.

Requirements



Proven experience in video editing, filming, and social content creation. Working knowledge of YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook. Strong editing software skills (Premiere Pro). Strong knowledge and skills within videography and using cameras such as the Sony a6400 & DJI Osmo Pocket 3 Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop or similar). Excellent organisational and time management skills; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong written English. Strong communication skills and be ready to pitch new ideas and suggest enhancements to current strategy. Enthusiastic, adaptable, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Minimum of 1-2 years' experience in video/content roles. Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (required for live event shoots). Nice to have: Degree in Media/Film
