We're now looking for a Videographer with a flair for storytelling and a keen eye for detail to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate to kick-start their career in property media production.

Role Overview

As the company's Videographer, you will be responsible for producing high-quality video content that brings our property listings to life. From luxury homes to first-time buys, your videos will play a vital role in how we present and market properties to prospective clients across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Film and edit professional property walkthrough videos for listings. Capture drone footage (where applicable) to highlight property features and locations. Work with estate agents and marketing staff to script and storyboard promotional content. Edit videos for use across social media, websites, and property portals. Assist with video tours for virtual viewings and lifestyle/location shoots. Organise and archive footage in a structured, accessible way. Stay updated on real estate video trends and recommend fresh content ideas.

Requirements

Portfolio of video work (university projects, freelance work, or personal projects accepted). Proficient in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, etc.). Strong visual storytelling skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Confident working both independently and collaboratively with agents and team members. Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to property locations

Desirable Skills

Degree in Film Production, Media, Communications, or a related field. Experience shooting real estate, architectural, or interior content. Basic understanding of drone videography (CAA licence a bonus). Photography skills for stills capture. Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram Reels, YouTube, TikTok) and trends in property marketing.
