We are currently seeking a Videographer, Photographer and Editor who demonstrates an open, engaging, and warm personality. Job title: Videographer, Photographer and Editor



Location: Leeds



Terms: Full time; Monday - Friday; 9am - 5.30pm



Salary/rate: 30,000



The Role



We are looking for a professional Videographer, Photographer & Editor with a strong technical foundation and a proactive approach to content production. You will be responsible for capturing and producing high-quality visual assets that showcase our buildings, apartments and resident lifestyle across multiple cities.

This role is ideal for someone confident in camera operation and post-production who also wants the opportunity to further develop their skillset within a supportive marketing environment. You will take the lead during shoots and work closely with the wider marketing team to deliver polished content for listings, web, campaigns and brand materials. There is scope for further development in areas such as drone filming and advanced production techniques as the role evolves.

Key Responsibilities



Capture high-quality photography and videography of apartments, communal areas and buildings Produce polished promotional videos for marketing campaigns, brand assets and listings Edit and prepare final content using licensed professional software Set up and manage camera, lighting and audio equipment for shoots Guide residents, staff or talent on set to ensure confident and natural footage Work collaboratively with the wider marketing and creative team Provide occasional coverage of resident or community events where required Ensure consistent brand standards and quality across all visual outputs

Equipment & Development



You will have access to professional-grade camera, lighting and audio equipment, along with fully licensed editing software. Drone experience is desirable; training and certification may be considered after probation based on performance and business need.

Skills & Qualities



Strong foundation in videography and photography with a developing portfolio Confident working with people on set and guiding them through direction Good communication skills and a collaborative approach Competent in camera handling, lighting and editing workflows Organised and able to manage equipment and shoots on location Proactive mindset with the desire to grow further in the role Full UK driving licence
