About the Role
We are looking for a talented
Videographer & Social Media Content Creator
to join us one day per week. You will play a key role in capturing the heart of our care homes and shaping our digital presence across multiple platforms.
This is an exciting opportunity for a creative professional who enjoys variety, storytelling, and building a brand from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
Film and edit engaging video content across our care homes for use on social media, our website, and internal marketing.
Capture high-quality photography of residents, staff, events, and the care home environment.
Plan, record, and produce content for our upcoming
podcast series
.
Manage and grow our social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
Create and schedule regular posts that align with our brand, values, and campaigns.
Work closely with management to develop ongoing digital content strategies.
Maintain an organised content library and support wider digital marketing campaigns.
Represent the care group with professionalism, compassion, and respect when filming within our homes.
About You
Strong videography and editing skills (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar).
Confident capturing both candid and directed content.
Experience managing social media channels for a brand or organisation.
Creative eye for storytelling, trends, and engaging digital campaigns.
Excellent communication skills and comfortable working in a care home environment.
Ability to work independently, plan your filming day, and deliver polished content regularly.
Driving licence and ability to travel between sites (preferred).
