Job Description

We're looking for a confident and creative Videographer / Social Media Editor to join MCharMedia, a fast-growing content production company working with bold, ambitious brands in automotive, fashion, and industrial sectors.

You'll be responsible for both shooting and editing short-form content, working independently on-site and turning around dynamic, engaging edits optimised for social platforms.

What You'll Be Doing

Shooting social-first video content on-site at client locations (mainly UK-based)

Editing punchy, on-brand short-form content (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) Liaising directly with clients during shoots, representing the brand confidently and professionally Collaborating with the wider team on ideas, edits, and content strategy Maintaining high quality and consistent delivery across multiple clients
What You'll Need

Strong experience in Adobe Premiere Pro and DaVinci Resolve Confidence shooting solo on location with DSLR/mirrorless cameras A showreel or portfolio that demonstrates your eye for detail, pacing, and storytelling A proactive mindset and ability to work independently Professional, charismatic communication style when dealing with clients A strong understanding of social content formats and trends Passion for learning, improving, and delivering the best possible work
Nice to Have (Not Essential)

Experience creating content for automotive, machinery, fashion, or lifestyle brands

Editing with music and narrative flow in mind Familiarity with LUTs, colour grading basics, and exporting for different platforms Your own camera/editing gear (but not a dealbreaker)
