A family owned and run business with a small team of Artisans making hands-on in our workshop. We design and manufacture unique homeware products and distribute worldwide. We're looking to expand our Creative Team by welcoming an in-house Videographer/Content Creator to create high quality content that shows our unique story and brand.

We are looking for a skilled
Videographer/Creative Content Producer
with a passion for visual storytelling, specialising in high-quality video content for social media. You'll bring our gothic home decor products and workshop craftsmanship to life through striking short-form and long-form video, as well as high-impact brand visuals.
This is a hands-on, end-to-end role covering concept creation, filming, editing, scheduling, and performance optimisation. You'll work both in our on-site studio and around the workshop.
What You'll Be Doing:
Filming and editing
short-form video content
(Reels, TikToks, Pinterest Idea Pins, Shorts) tailored for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube.
Capturing
behind-the-scenes and long-form video content
documenting our artisan production process and brand story.
Producing
high-performing brand content and ad creatives
that drive engagement and sales.
Photographing products and workshop processes for use across multiple platforms.
Planning and executing content shoots in our workshop and on-location (occasional UK travel - expenses covered).
Collaborating with the Creative Director to develop content concepts that resonate with target audiences.
Scheduling and publishing content across Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest, ensuring platform-specific optimisation.
Analysing performance data of your content and implementing refinements for better reach, engagement, and conversions.
Managing and briefing brand ambassadors to ensure they deliver high-quality, on-brand content for you to use/edit.
This is an in-house role in our creative studio due to the nature of the work. Studio and office on-site in our new workshop premises.
What We're Looking For:
A creative individual with proven experience
producing social-first video content (Reels, TikToks, Shorts, ads, etc.).
Confident using
DSLR/mirrorless cameras
(kit provided) lighting setups, and audio equipment.
Skilled with
Adobe Creative Cloud
- particularly Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Lightroom.
Strong understanding of content trends, editing styles, and storytelling techniques for different platforms and website.
Highly organised, creative thinker with the ability to work to deadlines.
Analytical mindset with experience using platform insights to refine content strategy.
An individual that has good graphic skill for use in video.
An eye for detail and ability to style.
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel occasionally.
An appreciation for gothic, alternative, or artisan design is a strong plus.
Full Time Role
Holiday Entitlement: 28 days per annum (pro-rata for part year service)
