A&E Construction (Warwickshire) Ltd are a company based in Royal Leamington Spa. We have an exciting opportunity that has just arisen to join our media team.

You will be a positive and forward-thinking creative leader forging an awe-inspiring social media image for A&E Construction's social media brand, Build with A&E.

You will take a leading role in overseeing all aspects of our video productions, from filming to editing and eventually their release across our various social media platforms.

You should have a keen eye for visual content and how to attract various types of audiences alongside a good understanding of all social media platforms and be able to think outside the box to bring new, fresh ideas to the fore.

You will need to adapt quickly to the specifications and practices of the construction industry to ensure that all health and safety/good building standards are adhered to in all our visual content.

Ultimately, as a Videographer/Editor you should be able to bring sight and sound together to tell a cohesive story.

Job Responsibilities

Overseeing the production of videos for our social media output across all stages from filming to editing and then eventually release.

You will oversee the release of this content across our social media platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok) and have a good understanding of how to market this content to the widest possible audience.

Liaising with outside contractors, clients, and affiliates over potential filming projects

Engaging in verbal and written correspondence with clients, partners, and potential sponsors.

Organising and overseeing meetings relevant to filming projects, sponsorships and Build with A&E's overall social media output.

Overseeing administrative tasks relevant to A&E's social media department when needed.

Skills/Requirements

Solid experience with digital technology and video software packages Adobe creative suite

Demonstrate video editing ability with a strong portfolio

An ability to implement graphics into video productions you oversee

A creative mind with storytelling abilities

A basic knowledge of music and video related copyright laws

Audio production experience desirable but not essential

You will have the ability to use your own initiative and effectively problem solve

You must be open to working overtime on occasional projects from time to time

Must hold a full UK driving license
