plan, film and edit high?quality video

that tells our story, educates patients and fuels bookings--without derailing busy clinicians.

What success looks like



Content engine humming

- Four fresh video assets filmed each fortnight, repurposed into shorts/reels/TikToks and web clips, then scheduled and published on Facebook, Instagram and TikTok exactly to plan.

Filming days run like clockwork

- Shot lists, scripts and locations agreed in advance; business owner and practitioners simply turn up and perform.

Channel growth

- Consistent uplift in YouTube subscribers, watch?time and short?form engagement.

Multi?purpose library

- All footage tagged, stored and easily retrieved for website embeds, email sequences and occasional paid boosts.

Clear reporting

- Monthly snapshot of views, watch?time and lead impact--zero vanity metrics.

Day?to?day responsibilities



Pre?production & planning

- Build quarterly content calendar; create shot lists, talking?point prompts and scripts.

Direct & film

- Coach the business owner and clinicians on?camera; capture A?roll, B?roll and sound?bites in 4K/1080p as appropriate.

Edit & repurpose

- Craft long?form YouTube pieces then slice into shorts/reels/TikToks and web header clips. Add captions, graphics and calls?to?action.

Upload & optimise

- Publish to YouTube Studio, website CMS and social schedulers with the right titles, tags, thumbnails and end screens.

Asset management

- Maintain an organised drive of raw and edited files, thumbnails, SRT captions and project files.

Light paid promotion (nice?to?have)

- Boost hero videos or key campaigns when required; basic audience set?up in Meta or YouTube.

About you



2?+?years shooting and editing video content for brands, agencies or your own channels. Portfolio that shows you can craft both narrative YouTube pieces and snappy short?form clips. Comfortable writing YouTube?style scripts and concise social captions in British English. Experience planning full filming days: shot lists, gear checklist, timeblocks, on?camera coaching. Confident in Capcut / Wondershare or equivalent, plus Canva/Adobe for graphics. Organised, proactive and cool under time pressure--deadlines met, files never lost. Bonus points: basic paid?social boosting, DSLR/mirrorless camera know?how. Stay current - Track platform updates (YouTube chapters, TikTok length changes, etc.) and propose format tweaks.

Pay: 30,000.00-35,000.00 per year
