The Role

We're looking for a talented, multi-skilled Videographer / Photographer to join our growing creative team.

This is your chance to work on an incredible variety of projects, from dynamic social media campaigns and slick promotional videos to behind-the-scenes event coverage and eye-catching product shoots. You won't be stuck in a routine here, one day you'll be capturing the energy of a live event, the next you'll be crafting a beautifully lit studio product shoot.

If you're a creative all-rounder who can plan, shoot, and edit compelling photo and video content and ideally bring extra design or web skills to the table you'll fit right in.

Key Responsibilities

Photography & Videography (required)

Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video and photo content for a wide range of client projects. Capture everything from events and promotional campaigns to corporate headshots and product photography. Operate and maintain cameras, lighting, audio, and other production equipment.
Editing & Post-Production (required)

Edit engaging video content for various formats (social media, web, presentations, etc.). Retouch and colour-grade photos for a professional finish. Deliver projects on time and to brief.
Team & Operations (required)

Collaborate with the creative and account management teams to develop ideas and concepts. Assist in planning shoots, managing equipment, and ensuring smooth on-site production. Support with operational tasks within the business such as managing projects, booking models, locations etc.
Creative & Design (preferred but not essential)

Create graphics, layouts, and marketing assets using Adobe Creative Suite (or similar). Design materials for both digital and print, including social media visuals, presentations, and brochures. Support with basic website updates or design in platforms like WordPress, Wix, or Squarespace.
What We're Looking For

Essential:

Strong photography and videography skills (with an impressive portfolio). Proficient in video editing software (Adobe Suite or DaVinci Resolve). Skilled in photo editing. Creative vision with attention to detail. Able to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines. A great communicator and collaborative team player. Full UK driving licence for travel to shoots.
Bonus Points For:

Graphic design experience (Adobe Illustrator, InDesign). Creating content for social media platforms. Basic web design or content management. Motion graphics and animation skills.
