Job Overview


Viewing Assistant, is responsible for providing a professional and efficient service to prospective tenants, landlords and colleagues. The role involves handling incoming phone calls and emails, booking and confirming property viewings, and conducting viewings. Working closely with the office team to stay up to date with the progress of tenancy applications and ensure that properties are let quickly and effectively.

Responsibilities



Answer phone calls and respond to emails. Arrange and manage appointments for property viewings. Conduct property viewings, providing accurate information and answering potential tenant questions. Keep detailed records of enquiries, bookings, and viewing outcomes. Liaise with office staff to monitor the progress of applications and tenancy agreements. Support the lettings team to ensure properties are marketed correctly and tenancies are secured. Deliver excellent customer service to all clients. Carry out general administrative duties as required. Own Car is Essential with full UK driving license.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From 12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 35 per week
