About the Role:

The purpose of this role is to accompany prospective buyers and tenants around residential properties and ensuring that the property is shown to its best advantage.

The Viewing Assistant post is an enjoyable and very important role that requires a friendly, professional approach to work, with excellent customer service skills and the ability to be punctual and reliable at all times.

We are looking for someone with good local knowledge, a pleasant manner, the ability to work on their own and use initiative.

The role is a job share, working on a week on, week off basis, including weekends and evenings.

This position is for our Grange-over-Sands office so we are looking for candidates that live very close to or in Grange.
