Job Description
We are looking for a confident, personable, and proactive
Viewings & Sales Consultant
to join our busy estate agency team. If you're passionate about property and enjoy working with people, this could be the perfect opportunity.Working Hours:
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday: 9:00am - 5:30pm Every Saturday: 9:00am - 4:00pm
(Wednesdays and Sundays off)
Days can be flexible
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct property viewings with prospective buyers Build strong relationships with clients and applicants Provide feedback to vendors and liaise with the sales team Managing emails and telephone enquiries Assist in progressing sales from viewing through to offer Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local property market Deliver exceptional customer service at all times
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Computer skills Professional, friendly, and well-presented Full UK driving licence (held for minimum of 3 years) and access to your own car Experience in property or a sales customer-facing role is preferred A proactive, reliable, and organised approach
