As VIP and Events Executive at our Global Office, you are part of a team that brings the legend of Belmond to life. Through a luxury mindset lens, you will increase brand awareness, appeal and cultural relevancy by supporting KOL initiatives and events. You will work closely with the Senior Manager, Global VIP & Events to deliver the global KOL/celebrity and events strategy.

Primary Responsibilities Include
VIP: Prepare briefings and presentations; build and manage target lists for KOL communities and events; and, maintain an internal database. You will develop relationships with KOLs and "Friends of Belmond". It is imperative that you stay informed on current trends in entertainment, culture and hospitality to leverage opportunities.
Events: Support the global events strategy through organisation, logistics, event ideation, supplier research, and gifting. You will develop and monitor an annual calendar of events, including key global events and cultural moments.
Admin & Logistics: Handle travel coordination for group KOL trips and senior team members; ensure invoices are properly processed and paid; and, provide ad-hoc administrative support to the team. You may be required to travel to assist the Senior Manager, Global VIP & Events in event implementation and attend industry events.
Reporting and Insights: Manage KOL platforms and internal trackers to analyse 'share of voice; empower internal teams to optimise engagement; and, work with leadership to determine and monitor KPIs. You will track, capture and analyse KOL trips and global VIP event results to develop regular reports for internal and external stakeholders.
