Role Overview:
? Location: Central London (Onsite)
? Contract: 3 Months (Potential Extension)
? Rate: 250 per day (Inside IR35 - Umbrella Only)
? Shifts: Rotational (7:30 AM - 4:30 PM | 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM, Monday to Friday)
? Languages: Fluency in French is a plus
Key Skills & Experience:
? VIP & Executive Support experience within the Finance sector (Essential)
? Service Desk & Remote Support - Incident Management & Ticketing
? Windows OS Support - Windows 7 & 10
? Microsoft Office Suite & Office 365 (Desktop & Admin Support)
? Azure Administration & Support (Required)
? Exceptional Customer-Facing Skills - Professional & Well-Presented
? Strong Troubleshooting & Problem-Solving Skills
? Service-Driven Mindset - Focus on Customer Satisfaction
Requirements:
? 5+ Years' Experience in 1st to 3rd Line Support
? Proven VIP Support Experience in Finance (Essential)
? Azure Administration & Support
