About Haus of Strauss
Haus of Strauss is our VIP gifting and events suite in the heart of Soho, hosting fashion, music, entertainment, and culture industry guests. Visitors enjoy 1-1 fittings, experiencing the latest collections, capsules, and collaborations in a premium environment.
The Role
We're seeking an intern to support our VIP Relations Team in an operational capacity. You'll need to be a self-starter, strong communicator, and passionate about fashion, culture, and product. This is a full-time, HQ-based role with occasional WFH flexibility at the VIP Relations Manager's discretion.
You'll work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, balancing strategic, operational, and creative responsibilities while collaborating with teams across marketing, merchandising, VM, and more.
Key Responsibilities
Reporting: Track and compile VIP coverage, supporting regular reports.
Product & Showroom Management: Ensure stock is replenished, organised, and showroom-ready. Manage deliveries and oversee a premium guest experience.
Customisation Coordination: Liaise with Levi's tailors to manage VIP customisation projects.
Assets & Event Support: Assist with lookbook creation, guestlist coordination, logistics, and on-site event execution.
Administrative Support: PO creation, meeting documentation, database maintenance, and competitor research.
About You
Recent graduate or final-year student in PR, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
Interest in data, product, and social media.
Strong written/verbal communication and organisational skills.
Passion for fashion, music, sustainability, and cultural trends.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; Adobe Creative Suite knowledge is a plus.
