We are Immotion VR, the creators of the UK's first Virtual Reality Experience Centre. We provide first-class virtual reality entertainment using the latest technology and equipment, delivering fun and thrills that were not possible to experience in our market until now.

As our sales assistant and operator, you will be responsible for delivering excellent service to all our customers and driving direct sales through public engagement. You will work as part of a small team of up to 5 people, and your selling skills will be the key to your success. Great incentives and bonuses will be payable on top of the basic salary.

We expect you to attend an interview and trial shift to assess your selling skills in one of our locations. Applicants not willing to attend trial shifts will not be considered. Key Responsibilities:

Deliver fantastic customer service day in, day out.

Drive sales through interaction with the general public.

Manage the site during operating hours.

Provide operations report to management.

If you have a great history of selling performance and the skills to deliver a true showman-style pitch when engaging with the public, this will be the perfect opportunity for you. You will be paid 12.21 plus bonuses.

This role is offered on a zero hour contract and will mainly involve covering holiday periods, with the opportunity for additional shifts as and when required by the business. Shift pattern availability will be discussed at the interview stage with you. Additional hours are always available during school holidays, which is when we experience peak demand for our services. PC/VR gaming experience would be an advantage over other candidates.

Experience:

Sales, Retail & Customer Support Occupations: 1 year (required)

Candidates must be over the age of 18 years old.
