Ensure that all VISA related topics are implemented and processed efficiently and close to the business demands.

Establish a working relationship with the relevant governmental bodies e.g. Home office, UKVI, etc, and be the first point of contact for the UK business internally and externally on all VISA belongings

Apply visa strategy for the business and work closely with the recruitment team

Overview the tasks with incoming employees, ensuring all information is collected - passport, CV and Personal Details to create a Certificate of Sponsorship

Keep Employee and manager fully appraised of process progress

Ensure all the necessary payments

Act as advisory expert to the business, using externalmanagement

Advise UKVI of any changes to employee circumstances as required
