We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Visiting Implantologist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of dental implant procedures (Nobel ideally) and be also able to mentor. This role requires a strong foundation in anatomy knowledge to ensure the highest standards of patient care and successful treatment outcomes.
Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients to determine the suitability for dental implants.
Develop and implement tailored treatment plans based on individual patient needs and anatomical considerations.
Utilise CAD software to design and plan implant placements accurately.
Collaborate with dental teams to ensure seamless integration of implant procedures within overall patient care.
Perform surgical procedures related to dental implants, ensuring adherence to best practices and safety protocols.
Maintain accurate records of patient treatments and progress, utilising medical imaging as necessary for diagnostics and planning.
Provide post-operative care and follow-up consultations to monitor healing and address any patient concerns.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in implantology and related technologies to enhance service delivery.
Qualifications
A recognised dental degree with specialised training in implantology.
Proven experience in performing dental implant surgeries with a strong portfolio of successful outcomes.
Proficiency in CAD software for designing implant solutions is highly desirable.
Strong knowledge of human anatomy relevant to dental procedures, ensuring safe practice.
Experience with medical imaging techniques used in diagnostics and treatment planning is an advantage.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex procedures clearly to patients.
