About the Role
We're looking for a passionate and creative Visitor Experience Lead to join our commercial team and help shape unforgettable experiences for our visitors. You'll play a key role in increasing footfall, developing engaging activities, and ensuring everyone who visits Sacrewell leaves with a smile.
This is a hands-on, varied role ideal for someone with a flair for customer service, an eye for detail, and a love for rural life.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging visitor activities across weekends and school holidays
Oversee day-to-day operations of the Commercial Team
Work closely with the Marketing Officer to create compelling content for our website, social media, and on-site signage
Collaborate with the Livestock Team to integrate animal experiences into visitor programming
Respond to and manage customer feedback to ensure a consistently high standard of experience
Ensure the site maintains a clean, tidy, and visually engaging appearance to enhance the overall visitor experience
Support Trust-wide events and projects as needed
Ensure the safety and well-being of all visitors on site through proactive monitoring and swift response to incidents
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
Highly motivated and full of ideas to bring fresh, exciting experiences to Sacrewell
Experienced in customer-facing roles, ideally within leisure, tourism, or hospitality
Comfortable working weekends and bank holidays as part of a rota
A confident communicator with strong organisational skills
Comfortable leading a small team and motivating others
Passionate about food, farming, and rural education
