Salary:
13.74 an hour
Contract/duration
: 1170 hours over the length of the contract. Fixed Term Contact until 31-Dec-2026
Hours/working pattern:
Working 37.5hrs a week, including weekends and Bank Holidays (our key periods). The working pattern can vary - usually five working days within a seven-day period, as we are open seven days a week, all staff rotate through weekends in an impartial manner. Generally, two weekends are worked every month by all staff.
What it's like to work here:You'll be at the forefront of developing our visitor experience at Carrick-a-Rede, inspiring your team to exceed visitors' expectations by ensuring the consistent quality of our customer service and the unique stories that we tell.
What you'll be doing:You will assist and report to the Property Operations Manager in the running of daily operations on the site. You will lead, manage and motivate the team in their roles and utilise your experience in delivering solutions that support the visitor journey at Carrick-a-Rede. You will manage multiple ventures, ranging from frontline teams to incident management working outdoors and at heights.

Experienced in producing interpretive materials, such as displays and exhibitions, and marketing or promotional materials
Familiar with health and safety procedures
