Customer Service Manager
to lead our team in delivering exceptional service with a splash of Cornish charm. If you're passionate about people, hospitality, and making every guest feel like part of the family, this is your perfect blend.
The key deliveries for this role are:
Exceptional customer service
Train, develop and lead your team from the front, delivering world class service.
Ensure all customer touch points are on brand and to specification, from clean toilets to fully stocked shelves and daily freshly baked scones.
All front and back of house areas clean, tidy, well organised and ready to welcome visitors.
Review, monitor and respond to all feedback. Identifying trends and implementing change when needed.
Recruit team members who have a genuine passion for our Cornish family owned business and are ready to create lasting memories for our visitors.

Driving the top line
Have excellent knowledge of our products and business activities across the group.
Work with the wider team implementing initiatives to drive footfall, giving visitors new reasons to visit the farm.
Seek, organise and deliver corporate events, coaches, business bookings and events.
Seasonally build bundles and packages in retail to drive spend, review their performance.
Develop our F&B offering, work with the head chef keeping menus interesting, fresh and on brand.
Review our offering - ensure we are delivering tours, tastings and all opportunities with a strong focus on sales, taking every opportunity to upsell.
Controlling the bottom line
Forecast and monitor Hospitality staff levels, ensure all departments are correctly resourced to be operationally effective whilst keeping costs on budget.
Ensure GP's are maintained through accurate costings, minimising wastage and securing great prices.
Undertake monthly stock takes.
Prepare monthly reports ready for presentation and discussion, attend weekly management meetings.
Take responsibility for ensuring accurate till reconciliations and investigating any losses
Health and safety
Ensure compliance in relation to the sale of alcohol.
Carry out any H&S actions required with a proactive approach to site compliance.
Work within all Healeys policies and procedures.
Comply with SFBB with a high focus on allergy awareness, carrying out regular audits to ensure compliance.
Accurately record and review all accidents and near misses.
Follow site security procedures ensuring the farm is locked and unlocked correctly.
Audit and action any outstanding training tasks for your team.
Be open to completing tasks which may fall outside of your role or remit with a positive, sleeves rolled up mentality.
Any other activity/tasks as and when requested by the Directors.
First stage interviews to be held on the 6th of October 2025

Pay: 40,000.00 per year
