Role Overview

As a

Visual Content Creator for Property Listings

, you will be working closely with our marketing and real estate teams to shoot high-quality videos and photos of our listed properties. Your goal will be to create visually attractive and engaging content that enhances the customer experience, providing them with all the necessary information through a dynamic video showcase.

Key Responsibilities

:

Video Production

: Shoot, edit, and produce high-quality videos for each property listing, ensuring every detail is captured in an engaging way.

Content Creation

: Develop and design visual content (videos, photos, and graphics) that highlights key features of the properties and attracts potential buyers or renters.

Property Showcases

: Create informative, creative, and visually captivating video tours that highlight the unique features of our properties.

Consistency & Branding

: Maintain consistency across all visual content, ensuring that videos, photos, and graphics are in line with Uhomes' branding and standards.

Video Dictionary

: Develop a comprehensive video library of property listings to be featured on the website, providing potential clients with quick and informative access to property details.

Collaborate

: Work with the marketing team to align video content with campaign goals, promotions, and social media strategies.

Content Posting

: Share videos and visual content across various platforms, including our website, social media, and other marketing channels.

Requirements

:

Proven experience in videography, video editing, and content creation. Strong portfolio demonstrating your video work and content creation abilities. Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro). Passion for creating visually stunning, informative, and engaging content. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Experience in real estate, property listings, or similar industries is a plus but not mandatory.

Nice to Have

:

Knowledge of photography, lighting, and sound recording for high-quality video shoots. Ability to create social media content in addition to longer-form video production. Creative thinking and attention to detail.
