The Role:

We're seeking a hands-on Photographer & Videographer with a strong visual eye and a passion for creating engaging, product-led content. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently and as part of a team, travelling to different locations daily, and producing high-quality visual content in a fast-paced retail environment. Based at our Basildon head office, this role requires regular travel to our retail outlets across Essex and London to capture photography and video content for use across our social media, website, digital screens, and in-store marketing. We also have our own studio that includes a 9-metre infinity wall and two interchangeable room sets.

Key Responsibilities

Photograph and film furniture products in-store and in studio environments. Capture engaging video content showcasing products, promotions, and store environments. Edit photos and videos into platform-ready content for Facebook, Instagram, and digital advertising. Create short-form video content using tools such as CapCut or similar. Work closely with the marketing and visual merchandising teams to ensure content reflects brand standards. Travel regularly to retail outlets to capture fresh and relevant content. Organise, manage, and maintain digital assets and content libraries. Stay up to date with content trends, formats, and visual styles relevant to retail and social media.

About You:

You're creative, reliable, and comfortable working independently and as part of a team. You have a strong understanding of visual storytelling and know how to create content that grabs attention and showcases products effectively.

Essential Skills & Experience

Proven experience as a Photographer and/or Videographer (commercial, retail, or social media preferred). Strong photography, videography, and editing skills. Experience using video editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar. Confident using Canva or similar tools for basic graphic design. Good understanding of social media content formats and requirements. Ability to manage multiple shoots and deadlines. Full UK Driver's Licence (required).

Desirable

Experience creating content for retail or e-commerce brands. Interest in home interiors and design trends. Understanding of AI to create realistic lifestyle images.
