About the Role



As a Visual Merchandiser & In-Store Marketing Specialist, you'll support the Head of Retail as the creative force behind how our stores look and feel. Reporting to the Head of Retail, you'll be responsible for the communication, timelines and project management, collaborating with our Product, Inventory, Retail, and Graphic Design teams to ensure every store delivers a visually compelling and brand-consistent experience. From planograms to seasonal displays, signage to promotional campaigns, you'll be part of the team bringing our brand to life in-store.

You'll also play a key role in executing visual and graphic campaigns aligned with buying priorities, third-party brand partnerships, and seasonal Post Office promotions.

What You'll Do



Work with the Head of Retail to develop visual merchandising and in-store marketing designs Be responsible for maintaining visual merchandising standards across all UOE stores Create and update store visual maps, planograms, and seasonal set guides. Collaborate with the Graphic Design team to produce in-store signage, promotional materials, and campaign visuals. Partner with Retail Field Teams to ensure timely execution and compliance with visual plans and marketing rollouts. Conduct regular store visits to audit visual standards and provide coaching and feedback. Analyse store layouts and customer flow to optimise product placement and promotional impact. Support new store openings, refits, and seasonal transitions with tailored visual plans. Manage the production and distribution of visual merchandising kits and signage. Monitor effectiveness of visual strategies and provide insights for continuous improvement. Maintain brand consistency while adapting to local store needs and layouts.

What We're Looking For



A creative and detail-oriented visual merchandiser with a strong eye for design and storytelling.

Substantial previous experience in retail visual merchandising or in-store marketing.

Proficiency in planogram software and design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office).

An understanding of retail operations, customer experience, and promotional strategy.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills across departments.

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with precision.

Willingness to travel between branches (within 20-60 minutes) and work occasional weekends.

Eligibility to work in the UK and pass an enhanced DBS check.
