Job Description

We are seeking a talented and creative Visual Merchandiser to join our team at our flagship partner store located on the iconic Regent Street. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for driving the brand's visual identity through impactful visual displays. This role requires a dynamic individual who can collaborate with a variety of stakeholders across multiple business areas to deliver an exceptional in-store customer experience.

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES



Visual Merchandising Strategy & Execution


Lead the visual presentation for the flagship store, ensuring the execution of visual guidelines and seasonal campaigns in alignment with the brand's overall direction. Execute window displays, in-store layouts, and visual storytelling that aligns with strategic objectives.

Support in the planning and delivery of events including, but not limited to, new season launch model store and Sale.

Stakeholder Collaboration


Work closely with key stakeholders across various departments, including:

Barbour Team:



Ensure the brand's visual standards are consistently met and tailored to the store's needs.

Collaborate on promotional events, campaigns, and in-store activations.

Highlands Team:



Partner with store manager and team leaders to ensure visual merchandising aligns with sales targets and customer experience goals.

Supply Chain & Inventory - Collaborate on stock availability and call off to ensure the product assortment is presented in a visually cohesive manner.

Brand Consistency


Maintain and enhance the brand's visual identity through consistent display and merchandising across all product categories. Ensure a cohesive presentation that reflects the brand's values and appeals to our diverse customer base.

Store Environment


Oversee the maintenance of the store's visual standards, ensuring displays are neat, engaging, and effectively drive product interest.

Training & Development:


Provide guidance and training to the store team on visual merchandising best practices, helping them understand the importance of visual displays in enhancing customer engagement and driving sales.

Sales & Performance Focus:


Work closely with both the store and Barbour teams to analyse visual merchandising performance. Adjust displays based on sales data and customer feedback to drive commercial success.

Reporting & Feedback:


Regularly report on the effectiveness of visual merchandising efforts, offering insights and recommendations for improvements. Communicate store needs and challenges to senior stakeholders, ensuring that visual merchandising evolves in response to both customer and business needs.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE



Minimum 3 years' experience in visual merchandising, with at least 2 years in a senior visual merchandising role, ideally in a flagship or high-traffic retail environment.

Experience of similar organisations, ideally a premium lifestyle clothing brand.

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS REQUIRED



Be highly creative but able to work within the brand vision.

Demonstrate a high level of time management and able to work under pressure and under tight deadlines.

Be flexible when it comes to workload and hours.

Be willing to travel including overnight stays and occasional night shifts.

Be comfortable with working collaboratively in a team but also strong independently.

Pay strong attention to detail and high standard of work.

Possess essential IT skills including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and internet packages.

Be interested and knowledgeable in fashion.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From 32,000.00 per year
