The role

We are seeking an experienced Visualfiles contractor to support enhancements to our custom Visualfiles system used by our Debt Recovery teams in Scotland and Northern Ireland. The role will involve both coding changes within Visualfiles and SQL report development, ensuring the system meets evolving business needs and delivers robust reporting capabilities.

Main Responsibilities

Analyse existing Visualfiles workflows and identify areas for improvement. Develop and implement coding changes within the Visualfiles platform to optimise processes. Design and build SQL-based reports to support operational and management reporting requirements. Collaborate with Debt Recovery teams to gather requirements and ensure solutions align with business objectives. Conduct testing and validation of changes before deployment. Provide technical documentation and knowledge transfer to internal teams.

Skills & Experience

Proven experience with Visualfiles development and configuration. Strong knowledge of SQL and experience in building complex reports. Understanding of debt recovery processes and legal workflows (desirable). Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
