We are looking to expand our UK team and are seeking an enthusiastic Vlogger/Videographer to create engaging video content for YouTube and social media platforms, helping us deliver innovative and high-performing campaigns

About the Role



We're looking for a

vlogger/videographer who is just as comfortable in front of the camera as they are behind it.

Someone who is confident, creative, and motivated to succeed in the fast-paced world of digital content.


You should have a

strong portfolio

showcasing your ability to turn ideas into compelling video content. This role also requires solid

project management

and

content strategy

skills, along with a deep understanding of

YouTube trends and analytics

to optimize content performance.

Key Responsibilities



Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content

for YouTube and other social platforms.

Create engaging vlog-style, behind-the-scenes, and documentary-style videos

tailored for digital audiences.

Optimize content

for YouTube SEO, including metadata, thumbnails, and audience retention strategies.

Research and analyze YouTube trends, video formats, and storytelling techniques

to drive engagement.

Manage video production workflow

from pre-production (scripting, location scouting, shot lists) to post-production (editing, motion graphics, sound design).

Set up and operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment

for high-quality video production.

Work closely with on-camera talent, influencers, and content creators

to capture authentic and engaging content.

Edit fast-turnaround footage

for timely distribution across YouTube, Instagram Reels, TikTok, and more.

Stay up-to-date with social media trends

to ensure content is fresh, relevant, and engaging.

Required Skills & Experience



Proven experience in video production, editing, and content creation

for YouTube and social media. Strong

technical skills in Adobe Premiere Pro

and knowledge of motion graphics software such as

After Effects

. Experience with

YouTube content strategy, SEO, and analytics tools

(e.g., YouTube Studio, TubeBuddy, VidIQ).

Ability to shoot high-quality video

, including experience with

DSLRs, mirrorless cameras, and mobile filmmaking

. Strong

storytelling skills

and ability to create engaging video narratives for digital audiences.

Experience working with talent and influencers

to capture engaging, natural performances on camera. Ability to work independently and

manage multiple projects simultaneously

under tight deadlines. Understanding of

YouTube monetization, algorithm insights, and content optimization

.

Ability to travel and work flexible hours

, including evenings and weekends when necessary.
