I am recruiting for a Vocational Coach - facilities management in central London-

We're ideally looking for someone with experience delivering vocational training or coaching in areas like building maintenance, cleaning, security, or similar FM disciplines. A background in working with apprenticeships or adult learners would be a strong advantage, along with any relevant assessor or teaching qualifications (e.g. A1, TAQA, PTLLS, etc.).We're looking for someone who can support learners through their development journey, offer tailored coaching, and help them build real, transferable skills within the FM sector. The right candidate will be confident working both independently and as part of a wider team, with strong communication skills and a genuine passion for helping others progress.
