Are you confident, organised, and customer-focused? We're looking for a friendly, resilient
Concierge / Queue Manager
to be the face of our Vodafone store.
What you'll be doing:
Welcoming all customers at the front of the store with a positive attitude
Understanding each customer's needs and entering their details into our queue system
Assigning customers to the most appropriate adviser based on their query
Keeping the shop floor flowing efficiently and identifying potential delays
Helping spot mystery shoppers and ensuring high service standards
Supporting advisers with time management and floor organisation
What we're looking for:
A warm, professional manner and natural people skills
The ability to stay calm, polite and positive--especially with difficult or frustrated customers
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends
A team player who can also work independently when needed
This is a
front-facing role
