Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and sales orientated Retail Adviser to join our growing team in our Vodafone store in Great Yarmouth. In this role, you will interact directly with customers, understand their needs, build trust and create a personal experience to be remembered.

We are looking for people who are level headed, have a mature mind-set, combined with enthusiasm, energy and drive. It can be a demanding role and you'll need to be able to commit to weekend work as well as weekdays, but for the right person, it's an amazing opportunity to work for one of the UK's most valuable brands.

Previous sales experience is preferred however, not essential - before you know it, you'll be part of the team, wowing customers with your people skills, hitting targets and enthusiastically solving problems.

We're ideally looking for 24 hours per week which will look like 3 x 8 hour shifts or 4 x 6 hours shifts. We are open to more hours for the right candidate.

Find every opportunity to boost your store's success by achieving all sales and service targets Create a welcoming and comfortable environment for customers Engage in genuine, enjoyable conversations with customers to understand their needs Show customers how to make their digital lives better by helping them choose the right products for them Keep up to date with all our products, services and promotions, and those of competitors Take pride in the appearance of the store keeping it clean and tidy at all times
