What you'll do
Field Technical Specialist, within a Network Engineering team. Accountable within their geographic region to support liaising with customer, creating accurate requirements for subsequent installation, commissioning, and handover of new services to Operations. Role also requires 24/7 fault cover (when on call) for multiple network types (IP/DWDM), which provide service to Government Customers. Support may be required throughout the UK, but will be predominantly around the specific geographical area in the job title. The role will be providing support to other areas such as IP, Transmission and/or Cyber services.
