What you'll do
Working alongside the Wholesale Senior Sales Manager, the role is responsible for developing and managing relationships with key partners to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
Partner Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with key wholesale partners, including carriers, service providers, and resellers.
Business Development: Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities with existing and potential partners, driving revenue growth and market penetration.
Partner Onboarding and Training: Facilitating the onboarding process for new partners, providing training and support to ensure they are equipped to sell and support the company's products and services effectively.
Sales Strategy and Execution: Collaborating with partners to develop and implement sales strategies, setting targets, and monitoring performance to ensure goals are met.
Contract Negotiation and Management: Negotiating and managing contracts with partners, ensuring favourable terms and conditions for both parties.
Market Analysis and Reporting: Staying informed about market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies, and providing regular reports on partner performance and market dynamics.
Who you are
The successful candidates will be focused on driving new business and bringing new logos into the business. The candidate will be focused heavily on outbound sales prospecting and will work towards KPI's and targets. The candidate will be expected to hold regular meetings with the Sales Manager to track activity levels and put action plans in place to grow the company's Wholesale account base and positive revenue growth.
