At Roberts & Day Management, we're more than just a talent agency -- we're a creative hub where creatives from all backgrounds gain opportunities across the UK and beyond. We represent performers making their own marks in the creative world in theatre, film, TV and much more.
As a company, we are continuously growing and since our foundation in 2016, that growth has never been more positive and prevalent than today.
We're now looking for a Voiceover Agent to join our team, ready to develop and champion a voice-talent roster and proactively win them work, while building our connections to casting directors, audio producers and creative teams.
If you live and breathe voice-over, understand the market, and have the hunger to grow opportunities, we want you.
The role
As a Voiceover Agent, you'll:
Manage a select roster of voice-over artists, from onboarding and career-planning to pitching and interviewing.
Proactively identify and pitch talent for voice-over opportunities: animation, commercials, video games, audiobook, corporate, e-learning.
Build and maintain strong relationships with casting directors, creative agencies, audiobook houses and production companies.
Negotiate contracts, fees and terms on behalf of the talent, ensuring fair outcomes.
Monitor market trends, track competitor activity and provide meaningful feedback and reporting to both talent and management.
Collaborate with the wider agency team to ensure seamless strategy and cross-department opportunities.
Contribute ideas for marketing campaigns, voice-talent showcases and content-driven initiatives (e.g., reels, social media, podcasts).
About you
Already have voice-over industry experience -- either from the talent side or as an agent/assistant.
Are confident in pitching and building new business in the VO sector.
Possess excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Have strong contacts (or the ability to quickly build them) in casting/production for voice-over work.
Are commercially driven, self-motivated and target-oriented, but also thrive in a creative/collaborative environment.
Understand sound-recording processes, usage rights/licensing, and have a grasp of how auditioning, demos and sessions work.
Are well-organised, able to multitask and comfortable managing multiple talent profiles simultaneously.
What we offer
A vibrant, supportive agency environment with seasoned professionals and energetic talent.
Full training on our systems plus scope for you to shape--and grow--a voice division.
Transparent commission structure.
Regular industry events, voice-over showcases, networking opportunities and access to casting sessions.
Flexible and hybrid working is available.
The opportunity to really make an impact: you'll not just fill the role, you'll build it.
