Annual salary of 32,000 to 34,000 - Van & fuel card - Pension

Void Property - Trade/Contract Supervisor Role:

We have an exciting opportunity for a Void Contract Supervisor to deliver a key contract in the Bridgend, Neath & Port Talbot region.

The role will involve day-to -day contract management of void property improvements, ensuring progress is reviewed & achieved against programme whilst managing a direct labour force of specialist and multi trade operatives. Reporting to a visiting contracts manager the job role will involve client liaison, programme updates and reporting.

The successful candidate will have supervisory or trade experience, ideally within the social housing repairs & maintenance sectors. Competent in the use of basic IT software applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook is essential.

Responsibilities -

Supervise the contract within agreed budgets, objectives, and targets.

Deliver on all contract key performance indicators.

Develop and maintain good levels of communication between the operations team and customer teams.

Develop good working relationships with key clients.

High quality service delivery on time and within budget

Implement company policies, standards, and initiatives.

Ensure contracts are compliant with all legislation, Health & Safety matters, policy, and good practice.

Manage direct labour as well as key supply chain partners.

Lead operatives in the delivery of works to ensure that quality standards are achieved and maintained.

Deliver works as required ensuring excellent quality of work, outstanding levels of customer service and completion of work in a timely manner.

Skills & Experience Required -

Working knowledge of responsive repairs and voids

Understanding of how to maximise productivity and how to measure and improve

Experience of delivering Toolbox Talks and Team Talks

Good understanding of H&S legislation

Ability to write and review RAMS.

Awareness of CDM regulations.
