Responsibilities:

Lead and motivate the aftersales team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service. Oversee day-to-day operations of the aftersales department, including service, parts, and accessories. Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and profitability. Ensure efficient workshop scheduling and resource allocation. Maintain high standards of quality and compliance with manufacturer standards and regulations. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty. Monitor and analyse key performance metrics, implementing improvements as needed. Collaborate with other departments to optimize overall dealership performance.
