Tell My Truth and Shame the Devil C.I.C. is a podcasting, media training, and healing-to-entrepreneurship enterprise dedicated to amplifying untold stories within the Black British and Caribbean community. Our mission is to break the silence around the pandemic of child sexual abuse (CSA) that has impacted generations within our community -- a crisis often hidden, dismissed, or ignored. Through the power of storytelling, we create safe spaces for truth-telling, healing, personal growth, and building pathways into entrepreneurship.

We produce engaging content, deliver transformative training, and develop community-driven projects that help individuals turn their lived experiences into powerful tools for change.

Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate and highly curious

AI Specialist

to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to explore and master AI tools, learn advanced prompt engineering, and apply these skills to support our content production, research, and community impact projects. You will work closely with our creative and strategic teams to integrate AI into our workflows, helping us save time, improve efficiency, and amplify our voice.

Key Responsibilities

Research, test, and implement AI tools that can enhance our media production, marketing, and community outreach. Create and refine AI prompts to produce high-quality written, audio, and visual content aligned with our mission. Support in building AI-assisted content strategies, scripts, captions, and data insights. Train team members on effective AI tool usage. Collaborate with our storytelling, healing, and entrepreneurship teams to develop innovative AI-driven solutions. Stay ahead of AI trends and recommend tools or methods that can advance our work.

Ad hoc duties

-- under certain circumstances, you may be asked to fulfil other duties outside your main role to support urgent or unexpected organisational needs.

Skills & Qualities

Strong interest in AI, machine learning, and prompt engineering (formal experience a bonus, but not required). Willingness to learn new tools quickly. Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment. Creative problem-solving mindset. Passion for social justice, community healing, and breaking generational cycles.
