What You'll Be Doing:

Preparing and serving food, drinks, and snacks Keeping the cafe clean, safe, and welcoming Creating a friendly, non-judgemental environment for customers

Chatting and connecting with young people

-- offering a listening ear or a bit of encouragement Supporting events, community workshops or youth-led initiatives when possible Helping the cafe grow into a true hub of hope and hospitality

Who We're Looking For:

You don't need any formal experience -- just:

A

friendly, open-minded personality

A willingness to learn and get stuck in

Genuine care and compassion

for others, especially young people from care backgrounds or seeking asylum Reliability and a positive attitude Basic food hygiene knowledge (we'll provide training if needed)
