About the Role

Flint Town United FC is looking for a motivated Volunteer Commercial Assistant to support the club's growing commercial activities. This is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sponsorship, partnerships, marketing, and club operations while contributing to the development of a community-focused football club.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with identifying and contacting potential sponsors and partners. Support the preparation of commercial proposals and partnership packages. Help manage the club's existing commercial relationships. Support match day commercial duties, including signage checks and hosting sponsors. Assist with updating commercial records, databases, and documentation. Work with the media and marketing team to support promotional activity. Help with general administrative tasks linked to the club's commercial operations.

What We're Looking For

Confident communicator with a professional manner. Organised and able to manage tasks independently. Comfortable speaking to businesses and community groups. Basic computer skills, especially email, Word, and Excel. Reliable, positive attitude, and willing to learn. An interest in football or sports management is a bonus but not essential.
