About the Role
We are looking for a well-organised and reliable Volunteer HR Team Administrator to support the WIILMA HR Team with volunteer recruitment, admin and onboarding processes.
You will assist the HR co-leads and hiring teams in keeping everything running smoothly, from tracking and replying to emails, to maintaining candidate records and helping with tracking volunteer progress and development.
This is a great opportunity to gain/apply experience in HR administration while making a real difference to an excellent cause, in an inclusive, friendly, creative community project.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and respond to messages in the HR team inbox
Track applications and candidate status in spreadsheets
Coordinate interview schedules and prepare candidate folders
Help file documents and maintain applicant records
Support reference checks and compliance tasks
Provide general administrative support to the HR and recruitment team
Skills & Qualities
Organised and detail-oriented
Friendly and professional written communication
Able to manage confidential information responsibly
Comfortable using (or learning) Google Drive, Gmail, and spreadsheets
Reliable, proactive, and supportive of inclusive working practices
Previous admin or HR experience (voluntary or internship) is a bonus, but not essential
