Are you looking to gain experiance in a catering role, looking to make new friends or want to give back to your community?

At MS Centre Dorset we have a fully equiped, open plan kitchen and we are proud to hold a Food Hygiene rating of 5 awarded by Dorset Council.

Our volunteer kitchen team provide hot drinks, snacks and meals to our members while they are visiting the centre. We are looking for new volunteers to join a friendly and established team who will give you lots of support while you find your feet.

You will assist with serving meals, collecting cups and plates and using our dishwasher.

Full training will be provided, including you Level 2 food Hygiene certificate.

Duties

Assist in meal preparation and cooking according to established recipes and standards Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, including washing dishes and utensils Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality of food Participate in inventory management, including stock rotation and reporting shortages

Pay: 13.00-14.00 per hour
