Role Description:

We're looking for a proactive and strategic

Volunteer Marketing Manager

to lead our marketing efforts and help amplify our impact. Responsibilities include:

Developing and implementing a digital marketing strategy. Managing and supporting a team of marketing volunteers. Overseeing content creation and scheduling for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn). Coordinating email marketing campaigns and newsletters. Analysing campaign performance and recommending improvements. Ensuring consistency in brand messaging across all channels.

What We're Looking For:

A passion for community work and making a difference. Experience in marketing, communications, or related roles. Strong leadership and organisational skills. Familiarity with digital tools like Canva, Mailchimp, and scheduling platforms. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
