This position requires strong leadership skills and the ability to manage projects effectively while engaging with diverse populations.

Duties

Develop and implement outreach strategies to educate the community about public health issues. Coordinate fundraising activities to support outreach programmes and initiatives. Supervise volunteers and interns, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project execution. Utilise social media platforms to market outreach events and engage with the community. Conduct presentations and workshops to inform the public about available resources and services. Collaborate with local organisations and stakeholders to enhance outreach efforts. Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, participant engagement, and programme outcomes.

Requirements

Proven experience in administrative tasks related to project management and outreach activities. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and supervise a team effectively. Knowledge of public health principles and practices is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to educate diverse audiences. Experience in fundraising or grant writing is an advantage. Proficiency in social media management for marketing purposes. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and creativity.
